Application of C-AFM

A 5 x 2.5 µm Conductivity map of a mixture of 20-40 nm silver nanowires on a silicon surface. Individual grain boundaries are visible in the current image. Data acquired using a NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments Solver Nano AFM in Spreading Resistance Imaging mode with an AD-2.8-SS Adama Innovations probe.
