sQUBE provides cantilevers with particles of your choice in order to measure interparticle forces between particles and surfaces. You can choose from a selection of different particles (SiO 2 , borosilicate glass, gold, polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, …) or send us your special particles. Particle dimensions in the submicrometer range to the micrometer range are possible.
If you have special requirements (chemical modifications/pre-treatment) for the particles, we will be happy to advise you in detail. There are various methods available for determining the geometric parameters of the fixed particles:
- Optical microscopy
- Scanning force microscopy (SFM)/atomic force microscopy (AFM)
